Introduction to TaiJi

This is a one-hour course that introduces the concepts of TaiJi and allows students to sample different styles and exercises. There is a gentle warmup, Qi Gong exercises from both the Yang and Chen styles, including "silk reeling" and "rooting", and two-person sensitivity and energy training. Ideal for people who are curious about TaiJi and would like to learn more about it.
